The place itself is very well equipped, the only flaw is the person (or one of the people) who works there. I was only equipped with a bucket and my personal rags/cloths WITHOUT any products (as they rightly write are prohibited). The aforementioned employee approaches me in a grumpy manner telling me to throw away the contents of the bucket (which I had filled with only water) despite the fact that I tried several times to tell him that I wasn't using any products, to no avail. Same thing for the rags I was using, telling me that I had to use the rag that was connected to the foam gun (which anyone who knows a little about car washing knows is the first thing not to use). After a couple of minutes of throwing away the water, not happy, he comes back to me and laughingly tells me that if the bucket only contained water then I could use it, therefore using another useless token. I hope to return when I can't find anyone, as has always happened. EDIT: I was at the vending machine at the exit and not even a heck of Arbre Magique is able to dispense as it is stuck between the glass and a piece of plastic. Obviously distributor who has no change. I won't go back there again.

Some time ago I lost 10 euros in the machine, never returned. Be careful with the paints, on the bike the soap they use stained the burnished parts with shades of blue which only disappeared after months and other washes. I went back a few days ago and the cost is €1 per token and considering that for those who, like me, have little manual skills in self-washing, at least 2 tokens will be needed for each instrument, time is really limiting. The vacuum cleaner didn't start after inserting two tokens. For washing this time I decided to use brushes and after paying €11, in addition to the costs of the various tokens to wash the interior, the failure was evident as in the photos.

Easy to get to, not huge, clean. Too bad it doesn't let you use a bucket and sponge, the reason is unknown, even if you buy five or six tokens (€1 each!) to use the high pressure and the foam... Perhaps they focus more on the sale/consumption of the products than anything else. They could open a shop and hand over the washing. I will hardly go back.
